This park is ran by Allswell, the most unethical company I've come across.Right now they are planning to wipe $1-2m off their OWN customers, so they can sell more homes to retirees. They just cost me $35,000.I'm not sure any prospective purchasers can have any sort of trust that this park wont take their home off them in the future if another business opportunity presents itself.Dont touch anything Allswell has to offer, they'll screw you at the next opportunity they have if money comes calling.
